A bills platform built by people tired of the old way
Gideex exists because paying for data, airtime, electricity, or a cable subscription in Nigeria used to mean either a trip to an agent or a network app that timed out at the worst moment. We built a single dashboard that does all of it, instantly, at a price that doesn't quietly go up when you're not looking.

Gideex started small: a handful of us were reselling data on the side, manually confirming bank transfers and typing recharge PINs by hand. Every delay was a customer asking "did it go through?" — and every wrong meter number typed into a text message was a refund argument nobody enjoyed.
So we built the tool we actually needed: one wallet, funded once, that pays for data, airtime, electricity, cable subscriptions, and bulk SMS without a human in the loop. Validate a meter or smartcard number before you pay, not after. See your balance update in real time. That's the whole idea — remove the guesswork, not add features nobody asked for.
Gideex is registered with Nigeria's Corporate Affairs Commission, and every provider we route transactions through is one we've tested ourselves before putting it in front of a customer.
We're not trying to be the biggest fintech app in Nigeria — we're trying to be the one that works the same way every time, whether it's 9am on a Tuesday or 2am on a Sunday. That means boring, predictable infrastructure over flashy features, and a support team that answers rather than a chatbot that loops.
If you're a reseller running your own data business, or just someone who wants to stop keying in USSD codes one digit at a time, Gideex is built for you. Come see if it holds up to that promise — we think it does.

Mission & vision
What we're aiming at, and why
Our mission
Make paying for the digital services Nigerians rely on every day — data, airtime, power, TV — instant, affordable, and something you never have to think twice about.
Our vision
To be the platform Nigerians default to for bill payments — not because we advertised the loudest, but because it simply never let them down.
What we hold ourselves to
Security first
Every transaction runs over an encrypted connection, and wallet credits only post once a payment is actually confirmed — never before.
Built to last
We'd rather ship something dull and dependable than something exciting that breaks under load. That trade-off is deliberate.
A team that answers
When something does go wrong, you get a person, not a ticket number that disappears into a queue.
